Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our core team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving growth by acquiring students, colleges, and company partners for UnsaidTalks. This is a high-impact role where you will own lead generation, conversions, and partnership building, while contributing to the company’s overall strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Student Advisory & Sales: Engage with students via calls and meetings to understand their aspirations, recommend the right mentorship programs, and drive conversions.
  • Revenue Generation: Convert prospective clients (students, colleges, and companies) into paying customers/partners, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through multiple channels. Follow up proactively to maximize conversion rates.
  • Partnership Development: Strategize and execute outreach to colleges, training institutes, and companies to build partnerships, collaborations, and institutional tie-ups for UnsaidTalks programs.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Collect market intelligence, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to refine offerings, outreach, and sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and student onboarding.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (freshers with strong drive also welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proven experience or high interest in sales, lead generation, or partnerships (edtech experience a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
