Business Development Executive Job in Hyderabad at Square Select Estates

Responsibilities & Requirments

• Understand the core business model of the company and its goals
• Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities
• Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face or virtual meets
• Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners and clients in person and via telephone calls and e-mails
• Work on cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries and maintain everything in CRM
• Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential builders
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers
•  Should have sales and marketing experience via academics or external courses
