Responsibilities

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about an event/service using scripts.
• Answering questions about the event/service.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements.
• Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Entering and updating customer information in the database (System).
• Keeping records of calls and sales and noting down useful information.
• He has to give a 1st level demo.

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a tele-sales/customer service representative.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patients required for closing deals.

KEY REQUISITES:

• More preferable candidates are the one who have the experience of 1 to two years in IT/Software Sales
• Freshers are also welcome (MBA preferred)
