Ukti is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Approaching new businesses with proposals
- Building a sales pipeline through research, emailing, and building conversations with prospects
- Working on B2B lead generation from LinkedIn
- Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Following up intensely with the prospects
- Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and self-discipline
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques
- Having an understanding of the territories and experience in profiling companies across industry verticals
- Basic knowledge of CRM, and Excel skills for reporting and lead management
