Business Development Executive Job in Gurgaon at Zimyo

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Zimyo’s HRTech products and value propositions in depth
• Generate qualified leads through outbound channels: cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and referrals
• Engage with inbound leads and schedule product demos with potential clients
• Assist in developing sales presentations, pricing proposals, and client documentation
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and lead nurturing
• Stay informed on HRTech trends, competitors, and evolving client needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or HR)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, confident, and enthusiastic approach to outbound outreach
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented SaaS environment
• Prior exposure to B2B Sales or HRTech (preferred but not mandatory
