Techdome Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial gain, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and research new markets, industries, and customer needs to uncover business opportunities.
  • Generate leads, arrange business meetings, and present Techdome’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Mentor and guide entry-level sales staff to help them grow into effective sales professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
