A2 Digital is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Research and identify potential clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.
• Maintain a database of leads and prospects.
• Initiate contact through calls, emails, social media and walk-ins.
• Set up introductory meetings to understand client needs.
• Create suitable marketing strategies, tailored to the client’s needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals.
• Present our digital marketing strategies clearly and effectively.
• Customize the pitch to match client requirements.
• Regularly follow up with prospects.
• Send reminders, proposals and respond to client questions promptly.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication ski ls, both verbal and written.
• Ability to find solutions and overcome objections.
• Skilled in discussing terms and closing deals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
