Job Descriptions-

• Good, smart candidates with presentation and communication skills. Candidates with 4+ years experience will do. 
• For BDM we don’t want retail experience, the profile is B2B and not B2C.
• Retail profile candidates are not good at field sales, in our profile we need candidates who are good at cold calling, taking appointments and visiting at least 3-4 prospective clients in a day.
• Secondly retail deals close in a short span of time wherein business deals need patience and waiting period to get the business.
• We are also seeking an experienced Executive who have the technical and practical knowledge of Project Sales / Business management processes. Identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business.
• Be part of the Project Team at pitching stage and endeavour to bring the interaction to a positive closure.Communicate with Architect, Interior Designers, and corporate to understand their requirements and gets the project specified by them.
