Responsibilities:

• Must have Excellent English Language Fluency (Written communication & Verbal Skills).
• Technical Knowledge about the current trends in Web/App designing and Web development – PHP coding and various CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Magento, etc) + Internet Marketing (SEO+SEM+SMO) is mandatory.
• The ideal candidate should have the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.Respond to clients technical queries and follow-ups as needed. Also, coordinate with the technical team.
• Managing existing clients and acquiring new clients.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
• Candidate should maintain good relations with the clients & monitoring their satisfaction and continue cordial relations. 

Requirements: 

• Experience with lead generation and prospect management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
• High school degree or equivalent
