About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bidding on online Platforms like People Per Hour, Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc. If you have your account on these sites, that will be an added advantage.
  • Maintain relationship with clients for the ongoing long term projects.
  • Build relationships on LinkedIn and other social networking platforms. Promote our Services and add clients to our network.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
  • Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.
  • Manage and train the business development team
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Requirements:

  • Should be good in social networking, guru, freelancing etc.. 
  • Experience in business development team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Great communication and presentation skills
Note:

Salary : 3 - 3.6 (Depends on candidate's eligibility )
Work from home till February/ march then office 
Experience : 1- 2 year
