Business Development Executive Internship in Bangalore at Codeyoung

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce Codeyoung's offerings and generate interest.
• Qualify leads by understanding the prospects' needs and determining their potential to benefit from our services.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Record and manage all customer interactions and lead information in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in BPO, customer support, business development, sales, or a related role. Freshers are welcome to apply
• Decent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to make effective cold calls and generate leads.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
