Jungleworks is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads generated through various channels, such as the company's website, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, features, benefits, and how they can address the specific needs of potential customers.
  • Engage in consultative discussions with leads to understand their pain points, requirements, and business goals. Tailor your approach to showcase how JungleWorks' solutions can provide value and solve their challenges.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations or online presentations to showcase how JungleWorks' SaaS products work and how they can be customized to meet the unique needs of each lead.
  • Address any concerns or objections leads may have and provide clear explanations and solutions to help them make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead engagement to onboarding and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in JungleWorks' CRM system.
  • Present pricing options, negotiate terms, and guide leads through the sales process to successfully close deals.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information, value proposition, and build rapport with potential customers.
  • In-depth understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, including their features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Ability to analyze leads' business challenges and propose tailored solutions using JungleWorks' technology.
  • Skill in actively listening to leads' needs, concerns, and feedback to provide relevant and appropriate responses.
  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms for product demonstrations and discussions.
  • Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome.
  • Approach leads with empathy and a customer-centric mindset, understanding their pain points and focusing on delivering value
  • Efficiently manage a pipeline of leads, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to implementation and support.
