Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Qualify leads and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Build and maintain a prospect pipeline to meet sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
• Ensure consistent communication with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Presentations & Proposals:

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Create detailed proposals and presentations to outline the company's offerings.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with senior management.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and stay updated on market developments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Identify and establish partnerships that can lead to business growth.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness.

Reporting & KPI Tracking:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to drive business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
