Access Automation Private Limited is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist field sales team in executing business development activities.
- Lead generation through exhaustive Market Research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Interact with potential customers and find the customer's pain points and effectively address them.
- Liaise with individuals identified as potential leads and work out schedules/appointments for field sales to follow up.
- Lead qualification and opportunity generation by taking ownership of the sales process and progressing it.
- Monitor and manage the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, Go Getter
- Motivation to achieve desired business targets/objectives
- BE/B.Tech (E&C/Computer Science/Info Science) or MBA with BE or MBA with science graduations
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year
