Business Development Executive Job in Bengaluru at Oakland Systems

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company's customer base.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners,and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer retention.
• Collaborating with the product development team to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements that will drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
• Creating and managing sales forecasts and budgets to ensure to meet revenue targets.
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance, progress towards goals, and overall business development strategy.
• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the industry and market trends, as well as emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Negotiating and closing business deals with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Assisting with the development of sales and marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, and case studies.
• Ensuring a strong focus on customer success and satisfaction, working closely with the customer success team to identify and address customer needs and issues.
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company's brand and products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive overall business success.
• Staying up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices to inform business development strategy and approach.
