Responsibilities:

• Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks that may hinder growth.
• Research and identify opportunities in both new and existing markets.
• Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to team members and clients.
• Foster collaboration and create a positive business environment across the company.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, team members, and partners.
• Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, blogs, newsletters, etc.) to generate business opportunities.
• Develop and manage promotional material as required.
• Build rapport with key decision-makers and convert proposals into contracts.
• Manage virtual and in-person business development meetings effectively.
