Greendzine Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Business Development Associate - Industrial Mobility!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our Industrial Mobility Products and services, and demonstrating how they can address clients' specific requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their success with our products and services.
• Work closely with clients to gather and document their application requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the Engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between clients and the Engineering team, providing technical insights and feedback to inform product development and customization efforts.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering exceptional service.
• Contribute to the achievement of revenue targets by actively participating in sales planning, forecasting, and execution efforts.

• Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi. Multilingual is preferable.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
• Good presentation skills.
• Should be able to travel for business purposes.
• Knowledge in sales tools such as: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Data analytics tools, Communication and collaboration tools.
• Any Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA. BBA or MBA degree preferable.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year.
