About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets to expand our business reach.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold-calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, clearly articulating our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
  • Provide insights to the team on emerging opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align business strategies and drive growth.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall business development processes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their budget constraints and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals and manage contract negotiations, ensuring successful contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using CRM tools.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and progress towards targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
