Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reach out to and counsel nurses about employment opportunities in Germany.
• Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
• Present and sell German language training packages essential for the job opportunity.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (sales/marketing background preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast- paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long- term client relationships.
