Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Speaking with students who show interest in our programs and guiding them on whether the course is right for them. Success is measured by how many of the students you counsel go on to join Kraftshala.
• Sharing program details clearly - covering curriculum, teaching style, placements, and outcomes. Success is measured by the satisfaction and trust students feel after your conversations.
• Answering student questions about careers, courses, and next steps to help them make informed choices. Success is measured by your ability to convert interest into confident decisions to enroll.
• Following up with students so they don’t miss deadlines or lose interest. Success is measured by how consistently and promptly you follow through on your conversations.
• Keeping records of conversations and progress updated. Success is measured by the accuracy and timeliness of your reports and updates.
• Sharing feedback with the marketing team about what students are asking, to improve how we reach them. Success is measured by how useful and actionable your insights are for the team.
• Representing Kraftshala with professionalism and empathy in every conversation. Success is measured by the trust and rapport you build with prospective students.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Comfort of working with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer skills (using email, spreadsheets, or simple tracking tools).
• Motivation to build a career in admissions/sales/education.
