Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with senior management to define business development goals, strategies, and action plans.
• Assist in the implementation of initiatives aimed at achieving business expansion objectives
• Participate in identifying potential clients through various channels.
• Help maintain a robust lead pipeline to ensure its size and strength.
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Engage with clients regularly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Assist in establishing strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate on projects and initiatives that benefit all parties involved.
• Contribute to crafting proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Support negotiations and deal closures under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help evaluate the financial viability of business opportunities and projects.
• Assist in preparing accurate cost-benefit analyses and financial models. 
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within internal teams.
• Assist in ensuring the timely execution and delivery of projects.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards with supervision.
• Support the preparation of timely and accurate business development activity reports.

Requirements:

• Quick learner with a creative, open-minded approach to structuring deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English is a plus
