Ultimez Technology is hiring for the role of Business Development Associate!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Willing to learn and be familiar with the company's vision and mission while working to achieve predetermined goals and objectives.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
• Building great relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Collaborating effectively with employees from all divisions to put growth goals into action.
• Find and evaluate potential new clients in accordance with company regulations and the business model.
• Ability in creation of business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other papers as needed.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact effectively with personnel, clients, and management at all levels.
• Work with teams to bring in the yearly or quarterly targets for revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in journalism, communications, English, business, marketing or relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Well versed with MS Office Tools. 
• 1 - 2 years experience in marketing or business associate development. 
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work as per deadlines.
