About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. Understand the needs of your target companies and how our "Super 30" program can meet those needs. 
  • Strategic Outreach and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partner companies, leveraging our achievements such as the peak CTC of 98 LPA and an average CTC of 27 LPA, and our collaborations with over 350 companies. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. 
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote the unique value proposition of our intensive 4-month training regimen designed to facilitate entry into renowned tech giants like Google, Meta, and Apple. Utilize various strategies to persuade potential clients about the benefits of our program, highlighting our curriculum that covers data structures, algorithms, design principles, effective hiring discussions, and strategic offer negotiations. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients and maintain existing client relationships to ensure they are getting the most out of our services. Act as the link between your clients and our team, ensuring client satisfaction and managing any issues that arise. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, analyzing the results against set goals and objectives. Use this data to refine strategies and make informed decisions moving forward. 

Key qualifications and skills required for this role

Desirable Qualifications

  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with technology-driven products and solutions. 
  • Prior experience in successfully handling sales or business development with deals or transactions of a value exceeding 20,000 units of currency. 

Essential requirements

  • A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in the EdTech industry business-to- consumer (B2C) sales. 
  • Demonstrating excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English communication is essential, knowing regional languages will be the cherry on the cake. 
  • Having basic knowledge or preliminary experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
