Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• To relentlessly chase, achieve, and exceed the targets set by both the City P&L Head and the Business Development manager
• To provide world-class service to his/her customers by advising patients about the service through structured discussions
• 3. To read, understand, absorb, retain, and practice the Practo Way of Care Co-Ordination (PWOC), 100%.
• To ensure that he and his/her team implement and practice the PWOCC 100%, in letter and spirit
• Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their journey
• Addresses queries of patients and families in a very professional manner and presents the benefits of our solution.
• To seek awareness about the company’s vision, goals, and plans and align individual thoughts and actions toward the same
