Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Relentlessly chase, achieve, and exceed targets set by both the City P&L Head and the Business Development Manager.
• Provide world-class service to customers by advising patients about services through structured discussions.
• Read, understand, absorb, retain, and practice the Practo Way of Care Coordination (PWOC) completely.
• Ensure implementation and practice of PWOC by self and team, adhering to its principles in letter and spirit.
• Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem, resolving issues that could impact care progression, and guiding patients throughout their journey.
• Address patient and family queries professionally and present the benefits of Practo's solutions effectively.
• Seek awareness about the company’s vision, goals, and plans, aligning individual actions with organizational objectives.
