Jio is hiring for the role of Business Development Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and targeted outreach.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
• Client Acquisition
• Engage with prospects to understand their hosting needs and present Jio hoster’s solutions effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our hosting services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets
• Relationship Building
• Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any concerns and ensure a seamless experience
• Market Intelligence
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our products and services.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the hosting industry and technical concepts is a plus.
• Must have personal portfolio website.
