Corporate Professionals is hiring for the role of Business Development Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industry sectors.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams.
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Understand clients' evolving needs and preferences, anticipating their requirements and offering relevant services.
    • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
    • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing market insights and recommending strategic initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and advisory professionals, to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
    • Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to showcase our services and expertise.
    • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance our visibility and expand our professional network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in professional services or consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of the legal and financial services industry, with knowledge of Company Law, Insolvency Law, Securities Laws & FEMA, Corporate Finance, and Valuation preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a track record of achieving business development targets.
