Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels.
• Leverage B2B channels for lead generation, including LinkedIn, industry forums, and other digital platforms.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose customized web development solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities at each stage of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the web development or IT sector.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
• Proficiency in leveraging B2B channels for lead generation and sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
