Business Development Internship in Greater Noida at Uneako

Responsibilities:

• Champion environmental causes by engaging with local and international communities, policymakers, NGOs, and businesses to raise awareness, advocate for sustainable policies, and inspire action.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute projects that promote sustainable practices, biodiversity conservation, renewable energy adoption, waste reduction, and climate change mitigation.
• Collaborate with local communities to understand their unique environmental challenges and co-create solutions that align with their needs and cultural sensitivities.
• Build and nurture partnerships with environmental organizations, academic institutions, governmental bodies, and private sector entities to drive collaborative and impactful initiatives.
• Identify and leverage innovative technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics to enhance environmental monitoring, resource management, and sustainable development strategies.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to empower communities and individuals with the knowledge and tools to contribute to sustainability efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest environmental research, trends, and best practices to inform evidence-based decision-making and continuously improve strategies.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of projects, track progress, and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Identify funding opportunities, draft compelling grant proposals, and secure financial support for sustainability projects.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Completed or pursuing Master’s degree (MBA or any relevant degree or diploma)
• Persuasive skill is a must.
• Awareness and knowledge about environmental related issues and trends.
• Strong new business development skills.
• Proven track record of leading successful environmental or sustainability projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of global environmental challenges, climate change, and sustainable development goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose novel solutions.
• Project management expertise, including planning, execution, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in data analysis, technology integration, and knowledge of emerging environmental technologies.
