Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Generate leads and convert them into profitable business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• Achieve assigned business targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Maintain MIS reports and sales pipelines

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with a proactive approach
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of BFSI / NBFC / Fintech / Corporate Sales (if applicable)
• Good presentation and relationship management skills
