Business Development Internship in Pune at Otoqual Technologies

Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Present our company to potential clients.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Working on email marketing - managing email communication and driving the communication flowchart to achieve campaign objectives.
• Working on database management - identifying key prospects across our target audience and managing data churn.
• Developing & nurturing relationships with clients.
• Ensuring audience engagement across key account segments with relevant content for existing leads through a designed process to generate more revenue.
• Working with product owners in liaison towards customer feedback for the product.

Requirements:

• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Familiarity with MS Excel.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
