Job Description:

• Conduct cold calling, emailing, and outreach activities to generate leads and identify potential corporate customers
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and B2C clients through effective communication and follow-up
• Manage the entire account lifecycle, from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
• Manage data related to sales activities, including lead generation, customer information, order details
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized solutions
•  Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
•  Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
•  Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
•  Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
•  Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
•  Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
