SKF India is hiring for the role of Business Controlling Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Contribute to the financial reporting for Industrial Region India & Southeast Asia (ISEA). This involves monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Participate and coordinate in the monthly outlook and business plan process for Industrial business, India & Southeast Asia Region.
- Preparation and reporting of Net Working Capital (‘NWC’) performance and related reports.
- Preparation of monthly cost index, and purchase price variance for direct and indirect materials.
- Consolidation of weekly pulse reports from manufacturing units in the ISEA region.
- Prepare and communicate with stakeholders for Operational control reviews.
- Walk through different processes to identify the scope for improvements.
Requirements:
- Graduate with knowledge in Financial Accounting and MS Office
- Analytical skills, quick problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Business communication and influencing skills
- Teamwork, strong networking skills
- Showing integrity, professionalism, and courage to challenge in a constructive way
