Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The Content Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing all content-related operations across the People Empowerment Platform (PEP), ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and engagement of platform-wide content. This includes overseeing content for job discovery, gig/skilled worker connections, social schemes, service listings, surveys, news feeds, and reward-based engagement. The role will require a deep understanding of multi-language content strategy (13 Indian languages), AI-driven personalization, and voice-based interactions to ensure seamless content delivery across mobile apps, web portals, IVR, and call center channels.

• Collaborate with research teams to design and launch user surveys
  
• Ensure high-quality, engagement-driven survey content
  
• Analyze survey responses and assist in generating actionable insights

• Develop and maintain content for reward programs and gamification elements
