KPMG is hiring for the role of Business Consulting HR Operations Execution Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Should have knowledge about background verification process 
• Document collection, review and updating in correct format in various tools 
• Initiation of background verification process 
• Communicate with background verification vendor for report issuance
• Analyze the background verification report and take required action for case closure 
• Communicate with stakeholder’s basis the finding in background verification report 
• Communicate with candidates for document submission 
• Maintain data for routine MIS reports and handle adhoc report request as required

Requirements:

• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong executive presence, good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to handle huge volumes and flexible with the process/changes
• Ability to perform multi tasking
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
• Any Graduate / Post-graduate from a reputed institute with specialization in HR
• 0-2 years of experience.
