Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in developing business strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
• Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Support the planning and execution of consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, outlining findings and recommendations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide training and support to clients on new strategies and processes.
• Identify opportunities for improving consulting processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
