Responsibilities:
- Analyze client data and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop reusable project assets and propose solutions for client issues.
- Manage work to ensure a quality client experience and effective communication.
- Gather and analyze financial data to support recommendations.
- Stay informed on client business trends and best practices.
- Present ideas confidently, supported by data.
- Understand sales and business development processes, acting as needed.
- Build relationships and embody organizational values for impactful work.
- Show commitment to learning and act as a brand ambassador.
- ERP and process mining experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Ability to create basic process models.
- Familiarity with standard process modeling notations and tools.
- Ability to perform basic data analysis tasks.
- Familiarity with standard data analysis techniques and tools.
- Ability to identify basic process improvement opportunities.
