Syngenta is hiring for the role of Business Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide Steady State support in Small Change delivery.
- Conduct meetings/drive fit-gap sessions with Business and other stakeholders.
- Research processes, collect data & business requirements, analyze information.
- Prepare Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documentation.
- Manage stakeholders across the Syngenta ecosystem.
- Closely work with Syngenta System Implementation partners.
- Design and review the solution in collaboration with the Steady State Support/Project team.
- Manage cross-functional integration points with Production & Supply, Sales & Distribution, MDM, and Data & Information teams.
- Review and approve various deliverables (Solution Design Document, Functional Requirement Specifications, Testing plan, FRS, Test Scripts, IST).
Requirements:
- SAP Finance, Controlling, and Procurement implementation experience with integration knowledge.
- Experience leading and initiating Automation projects.
- Experience writing Functional Specifications for ABAP objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
