Business Associate Job in Hyderabad at Accordion

• Contribute to thought leadership by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance analysis and streamline project execution. Understand the client’s point of view / challenges and translate them into well-structured analytical approaches, ensuring business impact.
• Identify potential analytical roadblocks early and collaborate with the team to address them efficiently. Synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights that support strategic decision-making and client recommendations.
• Frame business problems effectively, leveraging data-driven approaches to provide actionable insights.
• Support and collaborate with Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables while developing a structured problem-solving approach.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier-1/tier-2 colleges are preferred.
  Should have 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership & proactive communication to coordinate with the project team and other internal stakeholders.
• Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach towards solving complex problems.
• Experience in client-facing/professional services environment is a plus.
• Strong hard skills on analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau and / or Excel is a plus
