Power Bridge Systems Pvt.Ltd. is hiring for the role of Business Associate!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors to obtain product pricing and delivery timelines.
• Create multiple proposals in Zoho Books for requirements generated by the sales team.
• Ability to manage requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback through quick proposal submission post-requirement gathering by the sales team.
• Follow-up with customers at regular intervals to track the status of proposals submitted.
• Maintain a proposal tracker and update status in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings.

Requirements:

•  At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Data collection of prospective clients and maintaining hygiene in Zoho CRM.
• Graduate (Preferred: BBM, BBA & B. Com).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
