Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for maintaining healthy supply/demand in the city at all times
- Work on various supply/demand processes and contributing to process improvement
- Maintain healthy relationships with partners/customers
- Ensure partner/customer queries are resolved in real-time
- Provide regular feedback from partners/customers related to the service and experience
- Provide regular feedback about the competitors in the market
Requirements:
- English and local language proficiency
- Positive and Professional Demeanour: A go-getter attitude essential
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills using information at hand and logical arguments, Strong negotiating skills, Ability to seal the deal
- Strong network in logistics/related industries preferred
- Inquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain necessary learning before setting on to work
