LSEG is hiring for the role of Business Architect!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support project initiatives coordinating across Business, Technology and Operations teams.
• Implement, embed and support Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) process.
• Ensure Foreign Exchange Business Services process mapping data is accurate, maintained and shared to support Business decisions and internal processes (E.g. Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Strategy/Design),
• Drive strategic objectives (GSO/DSO) and portfolio level delivery.
• Feed into Product roadmaps ensuring alignment across Business Services/Applications
• Continuous Service Improvement – Define metrics to help assess, measure and seek feedback about products, services and processes to help identify improvements to improve efficiency, stability and resilience.
• Build and manage relationships with key operations, business and technology team members.
• Support adherence to SLAs/KPIs by critical metrics tracking and analysis. Maintain and drive service metrics improvements.
• An expert in Power BI demonstrates extensive proficiency in data preparation, analysis, modeling, visualization, while effectively using Power BI to lead dashboard/report generation and findings presentation.
• Use Operational Analytics capabilities to derive understanding and Business Intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
