Citi is hiring for the role of Business Analytics Analyst 1!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Data Manipulation: Work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
• Familiarity with Tools: Identify and compile data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Access) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business-to-business outcomes
• Statistical mindset – Be familiar with basic statistics, hypothesis testing, segmentation, and predictive modeling
• Presentation & Visualization: Assist with data visualization techniques to design effective presentations

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Recent college graduate with 0-2 years of work experience
  • Possess analytic ability and problem-solving skills
  • Basic Statistics and Probability
  • Good Logical / Analytical / Quantitative /Reasoning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Mtech/MCA/MSc or equivalent Master’s degree from premier institutes
