Business Analytics Job in Gurugram at Zoplar

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex healthcare data sets using advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
• Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing healthcare operations, patient care, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement predictive models to forecast healthcare trends, patient needs, and resource demands.
• Evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and effectiveness in forecasting.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize healthcare KPIs and metrics for various stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze healthcare performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing robust data validation and verification processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance data quality, data integration, and data governance practices within the healthcare data environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on healthcare-related challenges.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
• Understanding of healthcare data systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and healthcare terminologies is a plus.
• Should have an excellent sense of google sheets.
