UpGrad is hiring for the role of Business Analyst Trainee/Junior!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Understand client requirements and co-coordinate with customers/partners.
- Perform GAP Study.
- Prepare DOU (Document & Understanding) and GAP Study Document.
- Configure multiple LOBs through the Reconciliation Application.
- Functional Testing - the application in order to deploy bug bug-free system.
- Demonstrate the application and its Features/functionalities.
- Implement recon application across banks/ISG partners.
- Work in coordination with Operations/HO/Client/and technical team.
Requirements:
- Good Communication/Analytical Skills/Functional skills most required for this position.
- Should know Reconciliation concept and domain know-how. (Preferably UPI)
- Team-building approach as in should work as a team.
