Business Analyst Trainee Job in Bangalore at Tardid Technologies Private Limited

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing AI tech company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will support the team in gathering and analyzing data, understanding user requirements, and helping to shape product and business strategies in the fast-paced world of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Help define business goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align business objectives with AI solutions.
• Participate in client calls or internal strategy meetings to take notes, track actions, and follow up.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to support business planning.

Requirements:

• Masters’ degree in Business Analytics
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python (basic level) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Any previous internship or project experience in analytics, consulting, or tech is an added advantage.
