Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Support the development of business cases, project plans, and documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of functional specifications and user stories.
• Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather and share ideas.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
