TicketMaster India is hiring for the role of Business Analyst - Technology!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather requirements from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from their true needs.
• Manage and engage stakeholders, working with the Product Management team, subject matter experts, and tech leadership to deliver complete and feasible requirements.
• Analyze the ‘as is’ state of business processes and systems, document the analysis in models/diagrams if needed, identify gaps/loops/bottlenecks/duplications in the process, and propose the ‘to be’ state.
• Document requirements as Epics and User Stories for delivery, ensuring they meet requirements quality criteria.
• Validate requirements with the Product team and refine them with the Engineering team.
• Propose improvements to the established RDLC/SDLC process based on identified problems.
• Support engineering teams during the development/QA process.
• Act as Product Owner for assigned epics, prioritize work at the Story level and manage change requests.
• Organize user acceptance testing and define involved stakeholders and scenarios.
• Highlight risks, dependencies, and issues within the owned scope to Project Management.

Requirements:

• Experience with Ansible Automation receives immediate consideration
• Experience with Ticketmaster’s Arctic systems is received with immediate consideration
• Total experience: 2-3 Years
