Business Analyst/Tech4Good Job in Gurugram at Dhwani Rural Information Systems

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and sustain customised solutions built over Frappe for the NGO (basis the use cases)
• Coordinate with system integrators.
• Oversee software implementation in the field.
• Create user guides, training materials, and FAQs.
• Conduct training sessions for users.
• Support the field rollout of applications.
• Provide Level 1 support for field issues.
• Document bugs and suggest enhancements.
• Coordinate with tech partners for bug resolution.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare monthly insights from platform data.
• Act as a Business Analyst and support the requirement gathering process through client calls and assist the
• EM and tech team during product development.
• Collaborate with multiple tracks during the product development phase.

• Basic data proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Power BI, GDS etc) and data management
• Basic understanding of tech words like UI, Frontend, Backend, DBMS, Dashboards, Open source etc.

Educational Qualifications:
