Newton School is hiring for the role of Business Analyst - Strategy and Growth!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be a big-picture problem solver and a strategic partner.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination, and team spirit to make a huge impact.
- Clean, analyse & visualize student data.
- Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems.
- Build data pipelines and dashboards to self-serve data needs.
- Support senior leadership on business decisions through insights derived from data.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business analytics role
- High proficiency in advanced Excel & SQL
- Proficiency in Python, PowerBI, VBA, and Tableau is preferred
- Good problem solving & insight generation skills
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree is compulsory
